Recipe of the Month
- 1/2 lb beef or chicken, cut into cubes
- 1 potato, peeled and diced
- 1 carrot, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 100 grams (3.5 ounces) curry sauce mix
- Chop up the beef, carrot, potato, and onion.
- Put everything, along with the curry, into the pan, close the lid and heat for 16 to 17 minutes.
- After done heating let it sit for another 2 to 3 minutes and it will keep cooking.
- Add chili powder for extra spicy curry
